Chef Francois Seasoning

Chef Francois is a Swiss Canadian. He currently reside in Westport Ontario with his wife Allison and their 5 children. His culinary training started at the age of 16, at Le Montreux Palace, in Switzerland. At this time he is the Master Chef at their homestead winery! This pure spice blend was created for meats and poultry, although the seasoning has found many more enjoyable applications. These include soups, sauces, salad dressings, stew, eggs and roast potatos!
